Please bring all the necessary information, including dental and medical insurance cards, with you on your first visit. As a courtesy we will file your insurance claims *with the exception of Blue Cross Blue Shield and Dakotacare.

 

Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time services are rendered. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

 

For your convenience, we also accept payments made with all major credit cards.
